Paddy Gray

Paddy is an executive coach and business transformation consultant with over 10 years’ experience in leadership development, team and individual coaching.

Paddy is passionate about helping people to thrive. Her coaching and consulting approach is to improve the human aspects of work, leadership and organisation. High performance happens when people, at any level, experience fulfilment from contributing meaningfully to collective goals, and are able to collaborate and innovate within a group of people who are connected to each other by a common purpose. Effective leadership ultimately involves skilful coordination of action between people, across complex relationship structures, in ways that are agile to adapt to rapid changes and ongoing uncertainty. Paddy’s coaching focus is to help her clients (leaders and teams) become more skilful in their communication competence and core leadership behaviours. She seeks to facilitate a rich learning space for clients that is practical and also theoretically grounded. Coaching typically includes clients becoming more resourceful in their way of being, better able to achieve the outcomes they desire. Paddy is accredited to consult in a number of cultural frameworks, including the internationally credible toolsets that are provided by Barrett Values Centre. Since 2010 she has helped corporate leadership teams to improve organisational culture and team effectiveness. Paddy grounds her approach in learnings from her own business experiences.
