Neti Thembinkosi

Neti is an Ontological Coach  that is passionate about supporting individuals and teams in developing positive shifts which enable individuals to be at their best in living, learning, and working.  He is  passionate about people development with proven experience in creative team building, leadership development, and supporting individuals and teams to cultivate a growth mindset resulting in them reaching their potential along with increased productivity and engagement. 

Neti has 23 years of experience working in corporate.  He understands starting from the bottom to where he is today and the challenges that come with it. Thembinkosi has worked for the Spar Western Cape Distribution Centre for over a decade and is now Logistics Executive in the Eastern Cape.  His long service within the corporate world has contributed to his deep understanding of working with teams and different cultures.  It is that experience that has made him focus on leadership development and team effectiveness, emotional intelligence, relationship building, conflict resolution, and effective coaching. Thembinkosi is inspired by seeing others prosper reaching far beyond what they thought they could. Growing up and facing challenges being far away from home and not having anyone to nudge him in the right direction, he felt that he can make a difference and be that person that he needed when he was faced with those challenges. 

Neti loves to cycle and push himself in those challenging times on his bike and each time he enters the competition he pushes himself a little further and further and improves each time. He is a family man that loves to spend time with his family which is the most important aspect of his life.
